Welcome.Active Dashboards.Xcelsius.Installation and Training.About Us.Contact Us.
Active Dashboards is a powerful web based application that can be configured to link directly to your school’s database to retrieve assessment information in real-time and then present this information using a variety of stunning charts.

Each dashboard can easily be configured to have a number of different graphs and charts, and teachers or parents can choose which combination of these to display in their dashboard view. As a consequent individuals can assemble their own collection of dashboard items to meet their own specific needs.

Each dashboard installation will come with a set of pre-defined dashboards and chart items for each year group, pastoral group and teaching set. There will also be additional dashboards that will display a collection of items for individual students.

Access to specific dashboards can be controlled by assigning users to groups and giving groups or individuals appropriate permissions to view whole dashboards or individual dashboard items.

Access to dashboards can also be controlled by logon, so that a parent will be able to log into the dashboard environment and only see the dashboard data that is relevant to their particular child.

Why not try out our sample dashboard to get a flavour for how dashboards will change the way you look at data. Go to http://dfsi.co.uk/dashboard. Use the following login and password to  access the dashboard Login: dfsi and Password: dfsi

If you want to find out more contact us or complete an information request form and one of our representatives will be happy to provide you with any information you require, or to do a presentation of our Active Dashboards solution at your school.
Dashboard graphs and charts can also be configured to provide drill-down functionality, so that teachers and parents can analyse data even further, at the click of a button.

Alongside drill-down, each chart or table can be filtered to display a subset of the available data. So, for example, a chart can display assessment information for all subjects, or a selection of specific subjects.
